Houserules
*The minimum stay in our B&B is 2 nights *Breakfast is served in the morning between 8:00 and 10:00 am. *The B&B is accessible 24 hours a day. *It is prohibited to allow third parties to use the B&B. Visitors are not allowed to stay or spend the night in the B&B without the owner's permission. *Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the common areas or anywhere indoors, other guests on the terraces should not be bothered by this. It is also urgently requested that you ask for an ashtray to extinguish the butts. Please be. very careful with fire due to fire hazard. *Swimming pool is accessible from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please read the hygiene rules at the pool before entering. *Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. *Check-out from 8am to 11am at the latest. Deviating times in consultation with the host/hostess. *Guests can park their car in parking spaces within the gates of the B&B. Parking is at your own risk.
- In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, the B&B is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, rebellion, molestation, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions , death of one of the owners or close family members, etc., under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be expected from the B&B.
